不具合のご報告には、次の情報があると原因を早く見つけられます。
- お使いの端末（例：iPhone 15）と iOS のバージョン
- 再生していた曲のファイル形式（例：MP3、FLAC）と、同時に再生していたデッキの数
- 何をしたときに、どうなったか
- 可能であれば、画面のスクリーンショットや画面収録
よくある質問
曲はどうやって追加しますか
ライブラリ タブの ＋ からファイルを読み込めます。ファイルアプリの このiPhone内 › 同時再生ミキサー に音楽ファイルをコピーしても、ライブラリに表示されます。NAS やパソコンの共有フォルダからは、ネットワーク タブでコピーできます。
いくつまで同時に再生できますか
デッキの数に上限はありません。ただし、同時に鳴らす数が多いと端末の負荷が上がります。音が途切れるときは、デッキの数を減らしてください。
複数の曲を、頭をそろえて再生したい
ミキサー の 頭から同時に を押すと、すべてのデッキが曲の頭に戻り、同じタイミングで再生を始めます。設定 の「追加したデッキをすぐに再生」をオフにすると、デッキを並べてからまとめてスタートできます。
アプリを閉じてもデッキは残りますか
残ります。デッキの曲・再生位置・音量などは端末に保存され、次に起動したときに一時停止した状態で戻ります。
NAS やパソコンが表示されません
iPhone と NAS・パソコンが同じネットワーク（Wi-Fi）につながっているか確認してください。初めて起動したときに「ローカルネットワーク」へのアクセスを許可しなかった場合は、iPhone の 設定 › アプリ › 同時再生ミキサー で「ローカルネットワーク」をオンにしてください。自動で表示されない場合は、ネットワーク タブの 接続先を追加 から IP アドレスを入力して追加できます。
接続できません
ユーザー名とパスワードをもう一度ご確認ください。同時再生ミキサーは SMB 2.x で接続します。共有フォルダの設定で「SMB3 の暗号化」が必須になっていると接続できません。

When reporting a problem, the following helps us find the cause faster:
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15) and iOS version
- The file format of the songs (e.g. MP3, FLAC) and how many decks were playing
- What you did and what happened
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can
Frequently asked questions
How do I add songs?
Tap + on the Library tab to import files. You can also copy music files into On My iPhone › Multi Play Mixer in the Files app. To copy songs from shared folders on a NAS or computer, use the Network tab.
How many songs can play at once?
There is no limit on the number of decks. Playing many at once puts more load on your device, so if the sound breaks up, use fewer decks.
How do I start several songs together?
Tap Restart All on the Mixer tab: every deck goes back to the start of its song and they all start at the same moment. Turn off “Play New Decks Right Away” in Settings to line up decks first and start them all at once.
Are my decks kept after I close the app?
Yes. Each deck’s songs, position and volume are saved on your device and come back, paused, the next time you open the app.
My NAS or computer does not appear
Make sure your iPhone and the NAS or computer are on the same network (Wi-Fi). If you did not allow Local Network access on first launch, turn on Local Network in Settings › Apps › Multi Play Mixer. If it still does not appear, tap Add Server on the Network tab and enter its IP address.
I cannot connect
Check the user name and password. Multi Play Mixer connects with SMB 2.x. Shared folders that require SMB3 encryption are not supported.
Which file formats are supported?
MP3, AAC, ALAC, FLAC, WAV, AIFF and CAF.
